Working from an eclectic approach drawing on techniques I have learned from my training in Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, I provide a safe environment for us to explore and work on the issues that bring you to therapy.
