I treat eating disorders by getting to know you as an individual and then using my knowledge of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy help you understand your eating disorder, what keeps you stuck, how it has been impacting you, what is underneath your eating disorder, and how to recover.
OUTCOMES
Together we will work on helping you eliminate symptoms, rediscover who you are, and feel more at peace with who you are.
